Each massage can be altered to create an experience that is best for your goals. My style is a heavier hand which I like to call ENGAGED, meaning we only go as far as the muscle tells us to. I prefer to discuss what is happening before, during, and after the session, so that we have addressed exactly what was needed that day. Massage may include stretching, active or passive.
